Government Schemes
The government of India keeps rolling out different programs and welfare schemes to help underprivileged get maximum benefits and live a better life. The schemes may include but not limited to – employment exchange, health schemes, reservations in education & jobs, pension schemes, special facilities for girl child, skill development, housing schemes etc.
Uneducated and less educated people fail to avail those benefits in the lack of awareness. Saifi Count takes the responsibility to let these schemes reach everyone deserving so that they can also create a better life for them. In order to make this happen, Saifi Count representatives and volunteers meet these people and educate them about the existing and recent government schemes, eligibility criteria, essential documentation and other things necessary for the entitlement of government schemes.
Saifi Count also works to help these people find opportunities in education and jobs to maximise their earnings. Working for the welfare of the entire community and the mankind is our only motto.

Skill Training
Skill deficit is one of the major causes why a large proportion of Saifi youths are left unemployed. Addressing the problem, Saifi Count has rolled out several initiatives to promote ways of earning bread and butter in a dignified manner. Various activities such as awareness programs and skill development training, we help youths as well as women to attain marketable skills for self-independence.
Under skill development or livelihood training, we promote digital learning which is the current market trend, and empower modern youths to achieve self-sufficiency. All the movements we have planned are meant to complement the Skill India Movement to maximum benefit of our youths.
As part of our plan, we provide literacy and skill training in different trades so that youths can get employed in various private and public sectors or start their own business. We also educate youths about various kinds of jobs they can apply for after getting skilled in a particular trade.

Loan
Even in today’s digital era, a major part of population doesn’t have enough information regarding educational and business loans. This lack of information causes major setback of these people and they are left without resources even when they are eligible to avail the benefits.

Career Guidance
Saifi’s Count is working hard to help Saifi youths get better employment opportunities. Since career is the most important aspect of one’s life, professional counsellors personally meet and interact with youths to understand their expectations and help them define a goal.
Embarking on a new career is an integral part of adulthood. It may seem easy for second or third timers, but first timers have many questions and some unknown fear in their heart. It can be stressful for all, especially when economic difficulties surround life. Career counsellors help these youths to outline the best career option based on the personal potential and interest.
The counsellors also help Saifi Youths to explore more about the available career options and how to make a successful career in one of those fields. They provide valuable information in various options available for them. In addition, they also guide them on deciding a permanent career.
They ask important questions like – what their interests are, what do they like doing, and what qualifications do they have, etc. Based on the answers and their ability assessment, they provide several options and necessary information to choose a career and make a living. Saifi youths can attend the counselling sessions to seek valuable advice regarding their career.

Legal Clinic
Saifi Count is working towards improving the lives of Saifi community and as a part of it we are starting various legal centres or legal clinics in different areas. The centres would be responsible for legal help through DLSA (Delhi State Legal Services Authority) and private advocate (Saifi count members).
The lack of education and awareness leave people searching for quality legal assistance but they fail. Sometimes, they also have to bear immense sufferings just due to lack of legal assistance in the hours of need. Lack of money, and lack of knowledge regarding free legal rights also prevent people from availing various benefits that the Indian government currently offers.
The objective behind Saifi Count legal clinic is to help these people find legal assistance, provide information regarding free and paid legal services, their legal rights, and other things related to the law. The legal information will help them stay aware of their legal rights, duties, and laws under Indian constitutions to get various disputes resolved.
